Mary F. Burns has served as Vice President, Human Resources since September 2015. Prior to the Company’s spin-off in September 2015 from Capital Southwest Corporation (CSWC), Ms. Burns served as the Director of Human Resources of CSWC from September 2014 to September 2015. Ms. Burns has extensive experience leading Human Resources in all business environments, including start-ups, retrenchment, mergers, acquisitions, growth, realignment and restructuring. Her industry experience includes Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Sales, Service and Consumer Package Goods with an outstanding record of achievement in diverse business environments with experience in domestic and international experience in both Europe and Asia Pacific. Ms. Burns was the Director/Human Resources Business Partner at Air Liquide America from 2012 – 2014. Prior to 2014, Ms. Burns held roles of increasing responsibility with Flowserve Corporation from 2004 – 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cleveland State University.
